Tridel Condos are best

As colleagues and friends, you have always played an important part in our success. Whether our relationship spans several months, years or decades, your contributions and support have helped us become Canada’s leader in condo development, and as recently announced, Tridel is this year’s recipient of the prestigious Building Industry and Land Development Association’s (BILD) Home Builder of the Year award. Late last month, the Tridel team attended the BILD Annual Awards Gala- with over 1200 of our fellow association members- to celebrate the industry’s best in construction, design, marketing and sales. Among the most nominated companies at the Awards gala, Tridel also turned out to be the event’s most successful, earning both pinnacle awards for Home Builder of the Year and Green Builder of the Year, along with Best New Community-Built (Highrise) for our mixed-use Hullmark Centre development. In addition, Tridel was recognized for the first ever Best Customer Care award and, for the sixth consecutive year, we took home the award for Best Sales Team. This level of recognition from our peers and homeowners only serves to reinforce Tridel’s leadership in the industry, acknowledging our dedication to quality, innovation and customer care. It was a great night for Tridel, and a great night for our purchasers and friends in the real estate brokerage community.
